APPLICATION TO REGISTER A CULTIVAR NAME FOR OSMANTHUS Lour.

This form , duly completed , should be sent to “Prof. Xiang Qibai, The International Registration Center for Osmanthus , Nanjing Forestry University , Nanjing , 210037 , P. R. China ”. Names already listed in the latest edition of The International Osmanthus Register Annual Report or in subsequent supplements should not be re-used and are not acceptable for registration . Names proposed should be in accordance with the latest edition of the International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants (2004) . Details of these publications may be obtained form the above address or we will tell you how to get these materials . Registration should take place before the name is published or disseminated in any other way . Registration fee ( US $10 or RMB￥100 ) is needed to be paid for the free registration of a new cultivar name . A certificate of registration is available free of charge and will be supplied on request .
